Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days using USPS. Standard is 2-7 days. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing a tracking number. This may take up to 24 hrs to be active after shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

If there is a mistake in your delivery address please email us right away at info@rosemaryandolive.com as soon as possible. If our warehouse has not processed your order we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

If your order is already processed or in transit you are welcome to adjust the delivery address via USPS tracking link provided.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by you, you will be refunded in the form of your original payment method. You will need to place a new order at that time. Please contact us for any additional questions at info@rosemaryandolive.com.
